In April we talked on this blog from the very extensive list of poisonous animals that inhabit in Australia. One of the most dangerous is the funnel-web spider (Atrax robustus ), whose sting can be fatal if not given the antidote in time (which was developed first in 1980). There is to go into remote places to find this animal, in a park in Sydney, in the same village, one can find funnel web spiders. We came across the first (and hopefully will be the last) one of the hides Swan Lake, the wetland where we were recording some waterfowl.
As can be seen in the photo, Atrax robustus has a pair of fangs as big and powerful that they can get to cross a nail without difficulty.
This country can not support one hand anywhere ...
